  • This artwork was part of my Abstractions at Play exhibition at the Frank Lloyd Wright Rosenbaum House in 2024. Inspired by the home’s iconic architecture and Froebel’s Gifts—historic educational tools designed to spark creativity and spatial understanding—this piece experiments with paper weaving.

Placed in the Rosenbaum weaving room, it pays homage to Mildred Rosenbaum’s contributions to textile art. Through its minimalist palette and interlocking patterns, the piece explores modular arithmetic and geometry, inviting viewers to reflect on the intersections of art, design, and craftsmanship.
